Snappy Dresser

I needed a new icon, and who better than Bill. I'm really happy with this, although the flame isn't the best (man I really need to work on my fire xP) This was time-consuming to make because I was stupid and accidentally linearted it on the sketch layer -__- 

Also, I think this is sorta a pixel? I'm not sure.
